I have material stuck in one of these drawers. I included the original year of the photograhs as well as the year of publication inside the book.
The CO therefore assumed prior publication and sent me information forms and asked for corrections.
There was no prior publication, just misunderstanding of the dating process on my part and understaning what was being copyrighted. In this case the book of photographs, not the original photographs.
Regards
Ray
