I am an instructor in a BFA photography program and teach a class called Business Operations and Management. In this course, I go over contracts and have used many resources like APA, aphotoeditor.com and your blog. But this thorough explanation and post (as well as the Nov. 27th post) will be used the next time I teach the course. I've also Tweeted it, re-posted it (with credit of course) on my blog, and Facebook news feed; I've asked others to share on their news feeds as well. Many thanks, Meg DanielsAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12706206069013957710noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7553278593406733377.post-81700160461774081062015-11-09T20:19:18.702-05:002015-11-09T20:19:18.702-05:00DO NOT SIGN THIS. I like most only take the paltry $650 because I have a stock agency that I can syndicate with once the mag uses the images. I would never agree to Time doing any third party licensing without compensation, this sounds insane what other businesses does this happen to? Is there no recourse?Chris McEniryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13309262466254772918noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7553278593406733377.post-67710898166229581412015-11-06T11:51:37.492-05:002015-11-06T11:51:37.492-05:00Good Post,
